Returns and exchanges

We are delighted to have you as a customer and want you to have a great shopping experience with us! Colour differ from device to devise, and therefore the printing may differ slightly from pictures, but we hope it exceeds your expectations. If your item has been damaged or is defective, please contact us within five days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Note that this says, "Within five days of receipt" NOT "within five days of opening". This means that if you receive your order but do not open it for six days and it is damaged, you will not be able to return it. Please keep all packaging, including packaging materials, even if damaged, while we process your return. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes packaging. This must be done within 15 days of receiving your Fifty Shades of Khaki parcel. 

Note: We will accept items that have not been worn or damaged in any way. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged

Returned items need to arrive at our facility in their original condition. Secure packaging means in the original packaging. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 15-day return period. They will, unfortunately, be sent back to you.

Note: The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
